Ms. Pat Jones joyfully comes to parish work through a diverse career path. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Wayne State University, she began telling stories at a young age. That ability spread to many mediums giving her a multimedia career that includes theatre, television, fiction and marketing as she learned how to tell the stories of people and brands. In her career, she has produced television shows that have appeared on IFC, Spike TV, LOGO and Oxygen. She has worked with several Fortune 500 companies including McDonald's, General Motors, Sprint/Nextel and Reebok. She is also a writer who has had plays produced in New York and Detroit, and a producer and director working in television, film, and podcasts. All this experience comes to bear on her work as Director of Parish Mission at Gesu, where, since she started in 2024, she uses all of her skills in the parish's work of bringing the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ to life and deepening each person’s relationship with our triune God.
